With Zarine Katrak
27-29 July 2018
Spring Soul Husbandry is an opportunity to experience a weekend journey of recovering and rekindling compassionate self-care and reconnecting with a deeper sense of self.
This weekend provides time to spend on the individual journey through personal ritual, transformation and the nurturing of the creative spirit all set against the landscape of summer.
Drawing from traditions that mark the passage of seasons, this workshop offers a care-full, creative, experiential shared space.
Matthew Trustman has 35 years of working with individuals, organisations, companies and families running sessions and designing workshops that draw from all the arts, as cornerstones for personal and shared creative explorations of the experience of Living.
Continuing with his private practice, Matthew taught and lectured for 10 years on the Masters Dramatherapy programme at the University of Roehampton and is currently a guest lecturer. This will be his fourth Soul Husbandry retreat at Hill Cottage.
