Flowing Vinyasa yoga, intuitive movement and sound meditations all become more real and alive when we are fully immersed in the natural cycles of our mindful breath. This weekend will be a joyful celebration of the body and breath, allowing you space to find your calm centre among the transformative colours of autumn.
Open to all abilities, this retreat is small and intimate with a maximum of 12 participants. There will be plenty of opportunity for personal guidance from Jackie.
